  • Handmade Nature: Since our frogs are 100% handmade, each piece is unique and may have tiny, charming differences from the photos.
  • Colors: We make every effort to display colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be perfectly accurate.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or customs charges unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase and is subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
  • Payment: We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing: Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • Estimates: Delivery times (e.g., 7-14 days for USA, 14-31 days for Canada/Australia) are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Once the product is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

5. Returns and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
  • Returns: Due to the unique nature of our collectibles, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind".
  • Customer Care: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can find the best possible solution.
