All orders are processed and shipped with love from Ukraine. We strive to get your new friends to you as quickly as possible while ensuring they are packed securely for their journey.

  • Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $49. For orders under $49, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during holiday seasons or due to customs processing.

  • Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey to its new home.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For US Customers: We personally handle customs documentation and prepay import taxes, so you should not face any additional charges upon delivery.

Other Countries: For customers in other regions (Canada, Australia, etc.), any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

If you are from another country, please contact me to check if delivery to your location is possible.

  • Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as "unclaimed" or due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

  • Damages

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us at nadiknits.shop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product.
