Refund policy

Since each frog is a unique, handmade collectible, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind". Each piece is made with love and precision, so please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order, please reach out to us so we can work together to find the best possible solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To help us evaluate the issue, please provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and the item. We will do our best to find a solution to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
As art collectibles, our items are non-returnable. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as most of our items are one-of-a-kind handmade creations.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
If a refund is approved (e.g., for cancellations or specific damage issues), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
